The MdHIMA Nominating Committee wants you to suggest fellow members and/or yourself as possible candidates for the MdHIMA Executive Board positions for the next fiscal year, July 1, 2012– June 30, 2013.

ALL NOMINEES MUST BE ACTIVE MdHIMA MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING.

Nominations will be open until January 31, 2012 for the following seats:

President-Elect

Executive Board Officer
Delegate to AHIMA’s House of Delegates
Chairman of the Finance Committee

Secretary

Executive Board Officer
Maintains permanent records of the Association and Executive Board meetings

Treasurer

Executive Board Officer
In charge of all MdHIMA funds
Prepares all financial reports

Director

Two year term
Represents MdHIMA membership at Executive Board Meetings

Delegate (1)

Represents Maryland in the House of Delegates at AHIMA’s Annual Meeting

AHIMA Nominating Committee (1)

Represents Maryland on the AHIMA ballot for the 2013 AHIMA Nominating Committee
